Our Christmas Dinner Menu

Usually for Christmas we have ham but this year I was out voted and we are having Prime Rib. I think the reason I have avoided having Prime Rib for Christmas is because I have never made Prime Rib before. I found a recipe that seemed simple enough and I purchased a Prime Rib for $5.99/lb. at a local grocery store (Sunfresh). I am very excited to see how it turns out!
