Cheesy Crab & Shrimp on Toast
2 tablespoons Butter
1 package Imitation Crab Meat (fresh or canned can be substituted)
8oz. Cooked Shrimp (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (available at the grocery store in the seasoning aisle or seafood dept.)
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons Mayo
6-8 Slices Toasted Bread (this is also really good on crescent rolls)
Melt butter in a skillet. Add crab, Shrimp & Old Bay Seasoning. Stir in the soup and milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add the mayo and cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted. Serve over toasted bread or crescent rolls.
