Crockpot Asian Chicken Recipe

Crockpot Asian Chicken

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Powder*
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice*
  • 1lb. Chicken Breasts or Tenders (raw)
Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with Fried Rice.

This can also be prepared as a Freezer Meal. Just add all of the ingredients to a freezer bag and lay flat in the freezer. To prepare, run warm water on the freezer bag until contents breaks into pieces that fit in the crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours.

* I substitute 2-3 tablespoons of  Homemade Gourmet Garlic Lemon Seasoning for the Garlic Powder & Lemon Juice.

  2. Thanks for posting this. I've been cooking ahead freezer meals for when our baby is born in November and love how easy this will be! Thanks!
