Today we went to the Cake Decorating for Kids class at
Function Junction in
Crown Center. The class was taught by Carey Iennaccaro the owner of
Sprinkled with Sugar. I am still amazed that we made the cake pictured above and it was not that hard. Carey is a self taught cake decorator and an amazing teacher. She gave me the confidence to use and experiment with fondant. I can't wait to see what I can come up with for Connor's birthday in January! There will be another class at
Function Junction in February.
