This is a fun & easy recipe and kids love to make (and eat) it! Bears on the Beach are a fun snowy/rainy day activity or fun for a party. Connor & I made 175 Bears on the Beach for a church event last week. I tried to color the pudding blue to look like water but because the vanilla pudding was yellow it turned green. I used 2 bottles of blue food coloring and still could not get a blue color. The green looked ok (seafoam green right?) but I think next time I will skip the food coloring and just go with yellow pudding!
Bears on the Beach Pudding Cups
- Vanilla Pudding Mix
- Milk
- Vanilla Wafers
- Gummy Bears
- Cocktail Umbrellas
Mix pudding according to package directions & spoon pudding into cups. Crush vanilla wafers and sprinkle a spoonful in each cup to look like sand. Add gummy bears & umbrella. Enjoy!
