Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Dip
- 1 can (14oz.) Artichokes drained & chopped
- 1 package (10 oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & drained
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 packet dry Italian Dressing
Mix together all of the above ingredients and spoon into a pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, cocktail bread or pita chips.
