I'm sure I have said this before but I LOVE Fall! The cooler days inspire me to bake, so I am having a Baking Day. I have a busy week so I am going to divide up my list and bake Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. I will post pictures & recipes as I bake. Here is my Baking Day List:

Oatmeal Bread
Pita Bread
English Muffins
Pumpkin Spice Granola Bars
Bagels
Crockpot Applesauce
Pumpkin Bread
Whew! I'm already tired just looking at the list. My freezer stockpile is running low so I am going to start baking! Check back over the next 3 days to see my progress and I will post pictures.
