  1. I know this is way off topic, but I couldn't get the email link to work, so I'm asking here. For some reason I remember reading a while back that you went to visit an Amish town? I thought I had the town bookmarked, but apparently I don't. My parents are coming into town and that is one of the places I wanted to go, but I can't remember the name of the town. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

    Thanks!

  2. Here is my post on Jamesport, MO with a link to the city website: http://cuttingcouponsinkc.blogspot.com/2009/05/super-savings-saturday-523.html.

The best place to eat lunch is the Dutch Pantry. The food is fabulous!! There are lots of antique & gift stores downtown Jamesport and then the Amish stores are on the outskirts of town. Just ask in one of the antique stores and they will give you a map. It is a great day trip, I think we are going on Saturday.

  3. Thanks so much! We were hoping to go tomorrow but I'm not sure because the weather isn't supposed to be very good. Might have to wait til Monday or Tuesday. I did take my mom to Planter's today. Such a neat store. Thanks for mentioning it on your blog. I never would have known about it.
