Ultimate Recipe Swap: Grilled Cheddar & Baon Potatoes

Grilled Cheddar & Bacon Potatoes

  • 10 Red Potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 5-6 pieces of cooked, crumbled Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Green Onion
1. Place potatoes on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with salt & dot with butter. Add cheese and crumbled bacon.

2. Wrap foil securely around potatoes; pierce top of foil once or twice with fork to vent. Grill foil packet 5-6 inches from medium heat for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Top with green onions.

  1. We LOVE this recipe!! The potatoes end up so moist -- they are delicious. Makes me want them for breakfast :)
