Peach Melba Smoothie (from Cooking Rocks! Rachael Ray 30-Minute Meals for Kids)
- 1 cup frozen sliced Peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh Raspberries
- 1 cup cold Milk
- 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt (raspberry or peach yogurt will also work)
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie (from Cooking Rocks! Rachael Ray 30-Minute Meals for Kids)
- 1 ripe Banana cut up
- 2 cups frozen Strawberries
- 1 cup cold Milk
- 2 cups Vanilla or Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 small Apple (peeled & cut into chunks)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled & cut into chunks)
- 4 fresh Strawberries
- 2/3 cup Strawberry or Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup Watermelon Chunks (chopped & seeds removed)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit (peeled & cut into chunks)
- 2 Ice Cubes
- 1 Banana (cut into chunks)
- 1/4 cup Apple Juice
- 3/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Banana cut up
We love smoothies, but usually make strawberry-banana and forget there are so many other combinations.
