Field Trip Friday: Airline History Museum

This was the first time I have ever been to the Airline History Museum and it is definitely a MUST SEE!!  We are already planning another trip because my husband is so jealous that he did not get to go with us.

I think all ages would enjoy the museum.  Our tour was given by a WWII veteran and he was FULL of interesting information.  There are 3 rooms with photos and all types of artifacts from commercial aviation histroy (lots of TWA & Braniff).  There is also a working hangar with three NAHM aircraft-DC-3, Martin 404 (walk through), Lockheed Constellation (walk through), Moonliner II and American Eaglet and there is a L-1011 TriStar that can be viewed outside.  It was so much fun touring the inside of the aircraft (see pictures below)!
