Grilled Cheddar & Bacon Potatoes
- 10 Red Potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 5-6 pieces cooked, crumbled Bacon
- 2 Tablespoons chopped Green Onion
2. Wrap foil securely around potatoes; pierce top of foil once or twice with fork to vent. Grill foil packet 5-6 inches from medium heat for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Top with green onions.
