Bruschetta Chicken Bake
- 1 (15oz.) can Tomato Sauce
- 1 package Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1lb. cooked Chicken Breasts (cut into pieces)
- 2 teaspoons Basil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
In a bowl, mix together stuffing, tomato sauce, water & minced garlic. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Layer cooked chicken, basil & 1 cup Mozzarella cheese in the baking dish. Top with stuffing mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Mozarella cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
