FREE Weight Loss Website

Over the summer, I have lost 15lbs.!!   I have been using the website LoseIt.com  to help with my weight loss.  It is FREE and you can track your weight, calories & exercise.

  1. Nice, Amy! You rock. I use myfitnesspal.com It's also free and you can input your recipes to get a calorie count per serving on your homemade food!
