Frankenstein Monster Brownies

You will need:

• 1 Brownie Mix & the ingredients listed on the box
• Muffin Pan
• Large Marshmallow
• Green Candy Melts
• Candy Eyeballs
• Purple & Black Tubes of Decorator Frosting

First, mix the brownie batter as directed on the box and bake them in a muffin pan.  Watch them carefully because they will bake in about 12-15 minutes. 

Once the brownies are done remove them from the muffin pan and let them cool completely.

Melt the green candy melts  in a Wilton Chocolate Pro, small crockpot, double boiler or microwave.

Spread a small amount of the melted green candy melts on top of a brownie. This will act like glue to keep the Frankenstein head from falling off.

Next, dip a large marshmallow in the melted green candy melts and cover it completely.  I used a spoon for dipping and to spread the candy melts for better coverage.

Now place the marshmallow on top of the brownie and immediately add the candy eyes.  Repeat until all of the brownies have a Frankenstein head.

Once the candy melts have completely set (approx. 1-2 hours), decorate the Frankenstein heads with hair & a mouth.  I used a tube of purple decorator icing with a  Wilton Grass Tip (#233) for the hair & a Wilton Round Tip (#5)  for the mouth.  You can get creative & use different colors and/or designs!
