Freezer Cooking Day Plan 3/31

Since it is Holy week and we are expecting company, I am going to keep my Freezer Cooking Day simple.  I will be preparing a side dish ahead of time for Easter lunch and making a few baked goods.  I also have some meat (I got 4lbs. of pork at Price Chopper for $.97/lb. last week) that I want to prepare as a freezer meal.  Here is my plan:

• Hashbrown Potato Casserole (prepare ahead of time so I can just bake on Easter Sunday)
• Pancakes
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
• BBQ Pork Freezer Meal
• Molasses Cookies
• Homemade English Muffins
• Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

Wait a minute, that list doesn't look as simple as I thought!!  Hopefully, I will have enough time to complete everything on the list.
