Peanut Butter Pie Recipe



Aunt Jan's Peanut Butter Pie

  • Grahm Cracker Crust (store bought or homemade)
  • 2/3 cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 8oz. Extra Creamy Cool Whip
  • 1 8oz. Cream Cheese

Beat all ingredients together until smooth (about 1 minute). Spoon into crust. Chill for at least 6 hours before serving. This pie can also be frozen. Thaw at least 15 minutes prior to serving.
