We got a New Ice Cream Maker for FREE Using Swagbucks!!

Do you use Swagbucks?  If you don't use Swagbucks, go here and sign-up.  You earn Swagbucks by searching online, probably something you already do.  You can then cash-in your Swagbucks for great prizes.  My favorite prize is the $5.00 Amazon.com gift card.  It only takes 450 Swagbucks to earn it!!  I collected my Amazon.com gift cards and then used them to buy this Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.  I paid $0 out of pocket and I even got FREE shipping since my order was over $25. 

I love this Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.  It does not require rock salt or ice and it makes ice cream, frozen yogurt, slushies or frozen drinks in about 20 minutes.  We tried it out today and made slushies.

Here is the very complicated recipe and directions for making slushies.

• Place cannister in the freezer for 6-24 hours until frozen.
• Place the cannister on the base and assemble it.
• Add drink of your choice, turn on and enjoy slushies in about 10 minutes!

There are no mixes or syrups required.  We made our slushies with raspberry lemonade and a can of Sprite.  YUM!!
