Freezer Cooking/Baking Day 7/9

It is a new month and time to restock the freezer!  Here is my plan for Freezer Cooking/Baking Day:

• Blueberry Jam & Blackberry Jam (recipes coming soon) made in my bread machine and then I will can it (Price Chopper has some great deals on berries this weekend 7/9-7/11)
• Meatballs ( I purchased 20lbs.- no, that is not a typo- of ground beef on sale last week)
• Cooked Ground Beef portioned into freezer bags 1lb. each
• English Muffins
• Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Cups
• Bread Machine Buttery Rolls
• Tomato Basil Bread
• Pancakes and/or Waffles
• Breakfast in a Muffin
• Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
• Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins
• Soft Italian Breadsticks

As usual, my list is HUGE!  We will see how much I get done this weekend and then I can finish up on Monday and Tuesday.
