MenuPlan Monday 3/28

One way that I save a lot of money, time & stress each week is by menu planning.  It takes about 15 minutes to an hour to create a menu for the week and it is definitely time well spent.  I love the menu board pictured above because you clip the recipes on with clothespins which gives you the flexibility to change meal days.  You don't have to use a fancy menu board, a simple piece of paper or calendar works great or you can download a menu planning worksheet here.

Here is what we will be enjoying this week:

Monday:  Stephenson's Baked Butter & Cream Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

Tuesday:  Spaghetti & Meatballs, Salad, Focaccia Bread

Wednesday:  Dinner at Church

Thursday:  Potatoes & Sausage, Spinach Salad

Friday:  Tuna Noodle Casserole, Peas, Buttery Pan Rolls

Saturday:  Homemade Cheese Pizza, Veggies & Dip

Sunday Lunch:  Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Homemade Buttermilk Cheese Bread, Salad Homemade Panera Tomato Soup

Sunday Dinner:  Leftovers
