Monday:  Chicken Bruschetta Bake, Spinach Salad

Tuesday:  Potato Sausage Casserole, Green Beans

Wednesday:  D'Bronx Pizza with our Church Group

Thursday:  Thai Penanut Chicken, Rice Noodles, Broccoli

Friday:  Salmon with Dijon Sauce, Baked Potatoes, Asparagus

Saturday:  Bacon & Cheese Quesadillas, Chips & Salsa, Pinto Beans (from the freezer)

Easter Sunday Lunch:  Ham, Creamy Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Easy Creamy Baked Asparagus, Bread Machine Buttery Rolls, Dessert from Andres

Sunday Dinner:  Leftovers
