Perfect Piglets Recipe


This recipe is super simple!  Perfect Piglets are yummy sausage and cheese balls that are perfect for breakfast, brunch or snack.

Perfect Piglets
  • 1lb. Ground Breakfast Sausage (uncooked)
  • 3 cups Baking Mix (To make these a little healthier, I used Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat Baking Mix that I purchased at Hy-Vee.)
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl by hand.  Pinch off into small balls.  Place balls on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
