I usually pair veggies the kids don't like with something that they do like. Or with fresh veggies, I usually have some kind of dip for them to eat too.

My kids are pretty good about eating their veggies! Sometimes I have to shred things up smaller and hide them in foods (like Meatloaf) but other then that - they're pretty good eaters!

I try to mix them in with other foods!
ReplyDeleteMy family enjoys their veggies best when they are steamed or raw. I will often make fun veggie platters out of raw veggies, like a pumpkin made from carrots or a Christmas tree from broccoli with tomato garland.
