Menu Plan Monday 5/3

Monday:  Ham & Cheese Casserole, Broccoli

Tuesday:  Scrambled Eggs Benedict, Fresh Fruit

Wednesday:  Bacon Cheese Quesadillas, Chips & HomemadeSalsa, Pinto Beans (from the freezer)

Thursday:  Slow Cooker Rootbeer BBQ Sandwiches on Homemade Buns, Carrots, BLT Potato Salad

Friday:  Seafood Au Gratin, Spinach Salad, Butterhorn Dinner Rolls

Saturday:  Kentucky Hot Browns, Green Beans

Sunday Lunch:  Mother's Day Lunch Out!!  The kitchen is closed for the day.

Sunday Dinner:  Leftovers
