Blueberry Jam in the Bread Machine


I love my bread machine!!  I use it all the time but I did not realize until recently that it has a jam cycle.  So today I am trying out the jam cycle and making blueberry jam in my bread machine.

The recipe is very simple:

Blueberry Jam in the Bread Machine

  • 5 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 package Fruit Pectin
Wash and dry the blueberries.  Mash the blueberries in a bowl or a food processor.  Mix blueberries, sugar & pectin.  Pour the mixture in the bread machine pan and start "jam" cycle.

Once it is done I will can the jam in a Hot Water Bath Canner.

    I am so glad you liked the recipe! This is the only way that I make jam. I love how easy it is to make it in the bread machine.
