It seems that we have a break with the heat in Kansas City so I am going to take advantage of that and have a Freezer Cooking/Baking Day this weekend. I am really excited to have this baking day so I can use my new bread machine & my Kitchen Aid mixer
! I will post updates over the weekend.Here is what I hope to accomplish:
- Roast a Turkey I have in the freezer and portion out the meat and freeze for quick meals.
- Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
- Banana Bread or Muffins (not sure which recipe I will use- any suggestions?)
- Breakfast in a Muffin
- Peanut Butter Cookies (recipe coming soon)
- Alton Brown's Waffles
