Freezer Cooking/Baking Day 11/6




Last month I had BIG plans for a Baking Day to fill my freezer.  Unfortunately, it did not happen so I am going to try to make-up for it this weekend.  My freezer is very empty so hopefully I will be able to complete my list this weekend.  Here is what I will be making:

  2. Well I'm terrible with Meal Planning but am quickly becoming a freezer cooking maven! Love your links above. Question - how do you freeze your breakfast egg biscuit cups? Take them outta the muffin tin and freeze in freezer bags?

    I take the Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit cups out of the muffin tin and put them on a baking sheet and then in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until they are frozen. Then I put them in a freezer bag and store them in the freezer.

    I flash freeze them like this so they don't stick together in the freezer bag and I can easily pull them out 1 at a time. I tried just putting them in a freezer bag but I ended up with a big frozen blob of biscuit cups because they all stuck together.
